Bowl for rising and whipping 3 l
Product detailed description
The bowl has a wide range of uses especially in the kitchen - for whisking, making dough, making cream, mixing salad, pickling meat and so on. The lid is fitted with a smaller opening, where you can simply flip off the inner lid to prevent any contamination of the working area during the actual whisking.
The quick-rising bowl not only significantly shortens the rising time, but the lid also "pops off" after the dough has risen, so you can tell when the dough is ready. To prepare the dough, place the ingredients in a bowl, stir and cover. Then open the lid a little at one point, blow out the excess air, close it and just wait for the lid to "pop off".
The bowl is also available in 5 l and 1.5 l variants. The bowl and lid can be put in the freezer. The bowl without lid can be washed in a dishwasher at a temperature up to 70°C . The lid is not dishwasher safe.
